Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If you need to change, cancel, or reschedule your appointment, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance. To help you remember, I will send you both text and email reminders two days before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in a 100% fee. Due to high demand, I allow only one reschedule per quarter.

No Call, No Show Policy

If you miss your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost, and a deposit will be required for future bookings.

Late Policy

I strive to provide you with an exceptional experience, so it’s important to arrive on time. If you are late by up to 15 minutes, your service may need to be modified. If we cannot meet your desired outcome with these modifications, the late cancellation policy will apply. In the rare event that I run behind schedule, I will do my best to inform you promptly. If you need to reschedule due to my delay, there will be no charge.

Service Adjustments

I take pride in my work and am happy to make adjustments if you notify me within 48 hours of your service. Please note that adjustments do not include additional lightening or complete changes in your desired results, and product fees may apply.

Refund Policy

All services rendered are considered final. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. I will assess the situation and may offer a service adjustment rather than a full refund.

Service Disputes

If there is a dispute regarding your service, we encourage open communication. Please reach directly via phone or email to discuss your concerns. We believe that most issues can be resolved amicably and will strive to find a satisfactory solution.

Non-Refundable Products

Any products purchased from our salon are non-refundable, unless they are defective. In such cases, we will gladly exchange the product or provide a store credit.

Deposit

Any deposits paid for appointments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be applied towards a future appointment if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance.

Documentation

For any disputes regarding services, we may require documentation, such as photos or written feedback, to better understand the issue and facilitate resolution.
